Louisville, KY – The Ginks International LLC, operating as Ginkins Distillery, has been issued a new alcohol sales license by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). The license, effective March 19, 2026, allows the distillery to operate within Kentucky.
According to records from the ABC, the license is categorized as a “Craft Distillers Direct Shipper Permit” and is valid for a 12-month period, expiring on December 31, 2026. The distillery is located at 935 W Oak Street in Louisville, KY, 40222.
The license was issued following a non-retail licensing business name application. The distillery is owned by Ginks International LLC, with Sandra Marie Abreu and Phillip Scott Ginks listed as members.
The ABC confirmed that no operating restrictions were identified during the licensing process. There is no disciplinary history associated with the distillery, and no active holds or escrows are currently associated with the license.
