Simi Valley, CA – The Simi Valley business district saw a new addition this week with the issuance of an alcohol license for Marilyn’s Mediterranean Kitchen. The license, issued on March 19, 2026, grants the establishment the right to sell and serve beer and wine to patrons.

The business district, located along East Los Angeles Avenue, is characterized by a mix of small retail shops, professional offices, and increasingly, restaurants and eateries. The area is known for its relatively quiet atmosphere and family-friendly environment. The addition of Marilyn’s Mediterranean Kitchen adds to the district’s growing diversity.

The license was issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and is subject to a 12-month term, expiring on February 28, 2027. The license is specifically for an “On-Sale Beer and Wine – Eating Place,” and the business is operating within strict regulations. Sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are permitted between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM each day. Exterior advertising or signage promoting alcohol is strictly prohibited. Full meals must be offered and made available.

The license is held by Marilyn’s Mediterranean Kitchen, Inc., with Marilyn Siracusa serving as Treasurer, President, Chairman of the Board/Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.

The ABC is currently reviewing the license.
