Records indicate a complex corporate structure behind the venture, with multiple officers and shareholders including Theodora Hadjis, who serves as Secretary/Assistant Secretary, Director, and Chief Financial Officer. Estella Ferrer serves as Director and President, while John Thomas Hadjis holds the titles of Vice President and Director.
The license is subject to a 12-month term and a standard six-week processing period for expiration date updates following renewal fee submission.
