Los Alamitos, CA – The business district along Los Alamitos Boulevard experienced a notable development this week with the issuance of a temporary alcohol sales license to the 7-Eleven location at 10961 Los Alamitos Blvd. The license, formally granted by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, marks a significant step for the convenience store.

The license, issued on March 18, 2026, designates the business as a “Temporarily Unclassified” type, indicating that the classification will be reviewed and updated at a later date. The issuance follows a lengthy application process involving 7-Eleven Inc. and its affiliated companies, including 2Go MSO, LLC.

Key figures associated with the application include Stanley W. Reynolds, who serves as President, and Stephen Kenneth Boyd, who holds the position of Secretary/Assistant Secretary. Jennifer Marie Mendola and Aaron Lee Strahota also hold officer roles within the company, while David Lee Seltzer and Randy Michael Quinn serve as Vice Presidents.

The application was supported by Sej Asset Management & Investment Company, with Elias Khoury and Khalil Elias Khoury listed as members of 2Go MSO, LLC.

The license represents a shift for the 7-Eleven location, which previously operated solely as a retail establishment. The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control requires specific licenses for businesses that intend to serve alcohol, and this new designation allows the store to offer beer and wine to its customers.

The license is currently pending, with an estimated expiration date of 12 months.
